Holiday Wedge Salad



Holiday Wedge Salad

1 head iceberg lettuce, cold & cored
4 strips bacon, cooked, cooled & crumbled
4 medium size tomatoes, diced 
Scallions, chopped
avocado, optional 
pomegranates 
blue cheese crumbles 
blue cheese or ranch dressing

Remove any limp outer leaves of the lettuce head and then cut in half, then cut each half into quartered wedges. Place each wedge on a plate, drizzle with the blue cheese or ranch dressing, top with crumbles of bacon, pomegranates, scallions, avocados  and blue cheese crumbles. Give one more sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper and serve.  
Simple, quick, festive & yummy!
